I’m a graphic designer for the most part, but I love to dabble in other areas as much as possible. Currently I’m doing quite a bit of work in educational writing and instructional design. I do lots of technical writing and I teach a continuing education course bi monthly in my current role..
Management & Education- Management of 9 full time support staff in diverse cross-functional roles. Responsible for the training and development of all new staff and continued education of support staff with an excellent track record of consistent growth of team member’s skills and performance. Developing educational materials and presentation from concept to completion. Supervising support staff and identifying key educational opportunities. Reviewed, selected, and implemented a new learning management system online.
A Member of Company Leadership- Tasked with making decisions for the company, its employees, clients, and partners. Optimizing systems, workflows, and processes for employees. Collaborating with different management teams and across all departments to meet the needs of the company and employees with a specific focus on education.
Social Media Management- Developing and implementing communication strategies to engage and educate homeowners and empower association board members. Campaign planning of social media content and measuring the impact and performance of the content across each platform. Directed website content strategy and implemented updates to enhance user engagement and functionality.
Publication Layout- Focusing simultaneously on creative design and functionality while laying out multiple publications monthly for internal and external communications. Strictly adhered to tight and frequently changing deadlines by planning and careful time management.
Event Attendance and Planning- Managing the scheduling and logistics for employees, vendors, venues, and clients for successful events.
